Trying to add b/band to our tele package.

Sent an email 4 days ago - no reply [not even a shi77y 'we will reply soon' auto-reply]

Tried calling several times last week - left msg [promised a call back in 24hrs - no callback]

9am today - c/s engaged [htf can they let that happen, they are a telco after all.?????]

10 am - usual give up after 20 mins on hold.

WAFJ....you try to give people your money and they make it very difficult to do so!!
