I was wondering since my Norton Anti Virus has just expired whether my wireless routers firewall settings were correct.

Firewall Rules

Outbound Services
# - Default

Enable - Yes

Service Name - Any

Action - ALLOW always

LAN Users - Any

WAN Servers - Any

Log - Never

Inbound Services
# - Default

Enable - Yes

Service Name - Any

Action - BLOCK always

LAN Server IP address - Any

WAN Users - Any

Log - Never

Are these settings correct? Should I renew my Norton Anti Virus or is there a better anti virus?

Looks fine. By default most, if not all hardware/router firewalls will allow outgoing (ie you browsing the web) connections, but block all incoming (ie someone trying to hack into your network).

You can block outgoing connections by setting up various rules, but it's generally not worth the hassle.
