DIY property transfer

'Morning everyone.
Ex and I own jointly a cottage. Consent order says it must be transferred into my name. There is no mortgage.
Does anyone know if there is a DIY way to transfer half a house from joint names to my name without going through a solicitor for conveyancing.
Someone on this great forum will know - someone always does.

Phone the Land Registry, they will send you the form and help you complete it.
