It is Beanie..and there are so many people who know someone who was in or relative/friends of someone affected by the death of a person in the tower. Some of my parents friends were living in new york just down from the towers when it happened.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I watching that docu on 4 too..ive been watching most of the programmes that have been on over the last couple of days. It is amazing and certainly did change the world we live in today
We're watching brand new Mythbusters on the Discovery channel, excellent programme

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

i passed my driving test 2 days after 911.... which i know sounds really trivial, but it's my abiding memory..........
erin was only a baby so i guess i was quite self absorbed....
i remember being shocked but it was a million miles away from my life and my sphere of reference... it's only later that you kinda grasp the enormity of it all......
never knew anyone with any direct links though, thankfully....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
