  • OK went to boots to use the fiver off voucher - got myself a treat and a thing for the pressie box, No 7 is also 3 for 2 so lady said go get something else which will put your purchase over £22 which then meant we qualified for a free gift bag full of No 7 goodies worth £28 - used boots points to pay for balance :)

Then got another £5 off voucher and also bagged another 128 points from an old reciept when I forgot my card

Now have another voucher........for £5 off - but everything is over £5......lol might take it to shetland and get a look at the boots up there :)

    Waves to all

Instead of buying a sandwich in town am now scoffing a perfectly adequate (although unexciting) cupasoup from my stash at work as I forgot my HM soup !!

    Typical :)
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:

Hi everyone - last day of my holiday from work today - boo! Still, at least if I am at work I am not at the shops. :D

    Today I
    1) Did a big shop at Tesco - something I have avoided for weeks. Spent £65 for the four of us.
    2) Reused bags and used MOCs.
    3) Returned a pair of jeans and some Lego with missing pieces for a refund.
    4) Cut out Lego voucher from paper.
    5) Hokey cokeying on quick wash.
    6) Chased up a refund from an ebay seller. Two weeks overdue now.
    7) Looked online to try and find a cheap kitchen tap / sink. Our cold tap broke for the umpteenth time last night and is out of action. Realistically we need to replace the whole thing - it was top of the list when we moved in 8 years ago!:o But our sink is really large and we can't find anything that will fit without replacing all the worktop too!
    8) Sc x 10p
    9) Checked bank, quidco and surveys etc
    10) Dinner will be soup made out of yesterdays leftover crudites!

    Have a gay day,
    L x

Well done on your Bootsing Fay. I have been using the NO7 vouchers against packets of muslin cloths. This works out at 3 for 50p when you use the voucher, which is a bargain!
  • Hey I'm a bit of a newbie, today I've had a NSD though and this will continue.
Also wrote down a budget ready for pay day so I can make small but significant payments towards my debts but have enough to live off :)

    Afternoon all

Had a very successful NSD, so let's hope that can last all week

    Other stuff:
    Daily clicks
Cook meals for the week and freeze
Hire a van (through a cashback site of course!)
Pack gym bag for the morning
Have a sort out in kitchen for more packing.

    That'll do for 1 day.

    Have a good night all!
Wake me up when it's the weekend!

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Ooh, can I join in?

I'm feeling ridiculously proud of myself at the fact that I have just paid off the last £92 of my next catalogue bill today! I think it is the first time I have EVER paid off a debt in full :D

Also, have had a NSD and ate my homemade bread and homemade soup for lunch - yay me!

I need more days like this - it feels good!

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
