Hi there, I'm not on the list but I'm in for this week. I'm glad its the kitchen tomorrow. I cleared out my under-sink cupboard today and threw out rusty tins of shoe polish, grotty old cloths, several pairs of punctured rubber gloves and all sorts of rubbish. Now it's clean and tidy and I can find everything again. Thanks for the lists pigpen and toots. It helps to keep me focused.Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90

Hi Quillion and Frodders :hello: yes we had a good time thanks, pity the weather was not better but we still did loads. Will post some pics later in the week once we are a bit more organised in here.
The caravan is unloaded, 2 lots of washing done, 1 load done in the TD. Just need to hoover the carpets (lift out ones so easier) and s&s the bathroom sink and fridge and it will be ready to go back into storage wonder if I can claim a whole weeks worth of stars at once :rotfl:
Qullion just had peek at your pics (me being nosy and knowing I won't read any of the last couple of weeks posts). You have done really well, I don't think you took the easy option at all. I really like your hair shorter, it suits youOfficial Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -

Quillion, well done on your weight loss however it was achieved. I know the gastric band thing can be a hard choice to make as you have to be really careful forever more so that’s a brave choice and you are in good company (Fern Britton)
Sorry I've put a really gross disgusting question on the old thread, sorry about that. Just didn't know what to do or who to ask. Hope it's ok

Quillion - thank you for sharing and hey - if that's what worked for you well done! The dissenters can go strangle themselves
It's been a bit fraught here this evening DD, after being up and out all night went and met with her ex this evening for a brief time. It seems they've agreed, tearfully, that it's not going to work. She's in tears and has a face as long as a wet weekend in Mallaga but she'll get through it I'm sure. I just wish I didn't pick up quite so much on her angst.... it's making me feel really down.
Then I made a sort of half loaded comment to DiL about DS's ironing that's piling up - which has now moved to a smaller area because DD has come home. When they married and she moved in, I told her that DS's ironing would be her responsibility. She started off doing it. But now she just does her own. I mentioned it earlier this evening. She took the hump. DS came out and asked who'd upset DiL and why. I explained. He said he wasn't doing his own ironing he'd just go to work in stuff unironed.
Aggghhhh !
Am off to bed shortly - hey ho - tomorrow is another day said ScarletI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Evening all
Ironing all done, nothing like starting the week with an empty basket.
I'll be concentrating on the Family Room this week, doing my dailies and hopefully a bit of flying along the way.
Rose - re your question, I'd say keep an eye out and see the GP if it keeps happening or you are worried
Piggers- a friend of mine has a similar problem and I know it gets her down, I am guessing this is what you have been to the hospital about
AnW'sMum missed you lots and glad you had a good time - when are A&W back at school? The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
soappie - just let him go to work with it creased then - don't you be doing it!! They're old enough to look after themselves - you do loads for them already! (not having a go at you btw!)
Think I'll head to bed, want to finish my book (The Two of us by Sheila Hancock about her life with John Thaw) and want a good night's sleep ready for the week ahead.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
