  • :xmastree:Hi, I'm relatively new to the boards. Can I join in please? I've let things slip a lot since my VERY lazy boyfriend moved in (his Mum and 3 older sisters did everything for him, so it's a real challenge just to get him to flush the loo!). I really need a bit of motivation to get myself sorted out. I did some of the lists last week too but now I'm making it official!
    Thanks,
    Gemma.

    Hi everyone!

Quick sneaky post while I'm at work!

Quillion - well done on your weight loss - you look fab! Doesn't matter what anyone else thinks/says, surgery is not the easy option & you do what you feel is right for you at the time.

Got lots done on Saturday, copious amounts of washing, pruning, pond filters cleaned, BBQ cleaned & put away, made bread, banana muffins, & green tom chutney & glossed stairs.

Spent yesterday at Alton Towers, had a great day!

Here's my list for when I get home later this afternoon:
Manic Monday ~ Kitchen of Grot and Diming Room of Gloom
    Level One
    Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
    Find and wipe the worksurfaces
    Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
    Clear a sticky dishevelled cupboard
    Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
    HHI
    Clean the oven and hob

    will catch up later......
