HP Photosmart D5460 printer problem

Hi there,
Not sure if anyone can help me but ive got a problem with my printer which is driving me mad, it prints perfect on paper, colours are clear and correct but when i put a printable cd or dvd in the tray to print on it the black comes out as a vey dark bottle green instead of black, this has happened a few times before and ive uninstalled the printer, and reinstalled it and its usually worked again until the next time it decides to throw a hissy fit, this time however doing that has made no difference at all, the ink cartridges are all full so thats not the problem and it prints black fine on paper, ive ran the head cleaner thing and thats fine....so im really baffled as to why this has happened.
Is there anyone out there who can help me in someway? id be really grateful.
