Yes, its early days re ESA, thats why any info out their is useful.
Surely someone who is dealing with lots of IB claimaints, would also be seeing ESA ones, and would have a indication of how they have gone so far at appeal.
The dwp have released one set of stats that I know of, 7 appeals won out of the total heard so far in one area - but they dont say how many have been heard! So pointless, advisors who are getting people through tribunals must be able to give feedback on how many are passing failing etc, when they dont, its quite worrying that there could be something going on and they are not saying for some reason...[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
