Tribunal Outcome (having IB stopped) Poll

Hi, in all fairness, maybe those who have had negative experiences with tribunals may post on here and those who win, may not, so lets start a poll, for anyone who has experienced having their benefits stopped, appealed against the decision and it was ruled in their favour.

I will start.

This is not a discussion board so hopefully a board guide will lock it!
  • Hi guys

Could you tell me if the buildings you have your ATOS medicals in had/have car parks or disabled access.

I have not personally had a medical nor am I on benefits. Many of the clients that I have dealt with have had successful medicals.

As with tribunal venues, it can vary a great deal some have disabled access and some have car parks, some have one but not the other and some have both.

The newer venues tend to be better as far the disabled are concerned.

healy, nasa - personal experience or someone elses case?
Success for who? Claimaint, or DWP?

alwaysonthego - you have never had a claimaint fail at tribunal ever?
[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that

I don't deal with clients at tribunals, but the majority of them pass!

Are you finding the same with ESA tribunals now?
