    Neither.
Save your money & go for an AMD Turion 64.
You'll be glad you did :D

The Pentium M has more cache and a faster Front Side Bus than the Celeron. It is also built on the Centrino platform

Centrino is a platform marketing initiative from Intel for a particular combination of CPU, mainboard chipset and wireless network interface in the design of a laptop personal computer.

What's so good about the Turion 64s? How do they compare to Pentium Ms?

Dells also don't sell any computers with AMD processors in. They are an Intel only company.

Another reason not to buy a Dell machine then I'd say :D
The Turion processors are a completley diffrent kettle of fish to the Celeron, it's a little like comparing a Mondeo to a Bentley - both do roughly the same thing, just that one does it with much more ease than the other.
The Turions are 64 bit CPU's too, I doubt the Celerons Dell are offering are!
