Economy 7 tariff

I think I have been charged the incorrect electricity tariff for the past three years. Does anybody know the price of economy 7 tariff with EON Energy from August 2006 to August 2009. The company changed the tariff without letting me know.

The price of electricty varies according to what part of the UK in which you live.

I suspect EON have had several E7 tariffs over that 3 year period.

As Cardew says, we will have had several different prices over a three year period and these will also vary by region.

I would suggest giving us a call and asking for the unit prices we have used to charge your electricity over this period. The info is readily available on our system.

We automatically send letters each time a tariff changes. These contain the terms and conditions of the new tariff as well as the prices.

Letters are also sent out each time our prices increase/decrease which has happened quite a few times over the last three years. Again, the prices will have been detailed on these.

Have you received letters from us over the past few years? Just wondering if we have your address details correct, particularly if you have an online account and don't receive paper bills. Worth checking when you call.

Thanks I am trying to find out the price of Economy 7 tariffs in Essex between August 2006 to August 2009. EON switched me on to another tariff without informing me. I didn't notice because there were a number of other bill irreuglarities (incorrect readings) and a number of price rises at the time in 2006.
