I am trying to connect my phone to my PC via Bluetooth. However, I am asked for my passkey, I do not have anywhere I can find what this is. My phone handbook does not mention it or my Bluetooth software file. Am I missing something? how can I connect if I dont have the passkey.

usally a passkey is what ever you set it as, you just have to put in the same number on the computer or device.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

If the PC is asking for a passkey, just type in your own, then enter the same one for the phone.Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0

when you request to connect you get ased for a code you enter what you want then the other device pops up saying give me the same passcode.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

What is happening is that the pc say I am securely connected but at that moment the phone has a popup saying enter passkey. I have never set a passkey number on either machine and pressing random numbers into the phone e,g 12345 or 00000 etc just gets the response incorrect. So as it stands I can't download my photos to the pc.Change is here to stay0

I think 5 numbers is too many. Try a 4 digit code, or even a single digit.Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0
