Hi, Kath Kelly, the woman who lived for a year on £1 a day, is doing a talk in Bristol on Wednesday September 23rd. I'm going to go, if any other MSE frugalites would like to join me. No idea what it will be like, but am hoping there will be some interesting frugality/budgeting tips there.
It's at Clifton Library, Princess Victoria Street, from 7.30pm - 9pm, cost £2.
PM me if you're interested.

Do you know where she's doing any other talks?0

I wonder if Kath Kelly would have paid £2 to listen to someone who was living on £1 a day when she was living on £1 per day.0

she might have considered it a worthwhile investment
I won't make the talk, savingforoz, would love to hear what you think of it and if you learned anything new... don't throw the string away. You always need string!

I'd be interested to hear what she's got to say but sadly I don't live near Bristol.
You never know you could go and enlighten her with the OS ways on hereI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks
