regarding sleepmasters,i contacted the furniture ombudsman about my complaint and they informed me that sleepmasters are not part of the scheme so somebody is not right with their info,and by the way sleepmasters treat their customers i would thry have their facts wrong.also i have got rid of my pile of lumps and bought a new bed from HYPNOS expensive but very sleepable. chris e0
