Gorenje dishwasher problem

Does anyone have any knowledge of this make and any experience of dealing with faults?
I have a Gorenje GV60010 intergrated dishwasher. Wife decided to run it with bleach in to give it a good clean out (...don't ask:rolleyes:). Anyway, it started leaking and when I opened it it was full of suds and flashed up an 'E4' error code.
I have followed the instructions in the manual - let the suds evaporate, rinse out, and resart the machine. It won't start and just keeps coming up with the 'E4' error code which means the machine is overfilled - trouble is, the machine is empty, all water I rinsed it with has drained away, suds are gone, filters clean etc etc, but it is still coming up with 'E4' error - overfilled. I have tried turning it on and off at the plug - no joy.
Can anyone help?
(I don't have a guarentee and reviews I have found on the net suggest customer service is cr4p, so not much point in contacting the manufacturer)
Oh and by the way, machine was working fine until this and is less than a year old, but no receipt!

I would imagine the sensor has been b**gered by the bleach, is there any way of resetting it?
Just intrigued why she thought bleach in a d/w would be a good idea? There are specialist cleaners available.
If you can find a credit card statement or similar for the purchase, the retailer might accept that in lieu of a receipt. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Hi thanks, the wife is a bit OCD when it comes to cleaning and thinks bleach is the answer to everything:rolleyes:.
House is a new build and was empty for two years before we bought. We have been here a year so dishwasher is technically 3 years old. Don't think we would therefore get anywhere with going back to the builder. I have tried everything, but there doesn't seem to be anyway to reset following an error code and there is nothing in the instruction manual to help.
I think it will end up being a £300 mistake on the part of my wife unless anyone else has any ideas?
