If you write it in word first and then save it, you can cut and paste it in without fearing deletion.

I don't know how you stop it from logging you out, it does it to me all the time though I did something earlier that seems to have stopped it so far. Probably filling my machine with rubbish though!
In Internet Explorer got to Tools then Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab then click Advanced. Tick Override Automatic Cookie handling and then click the Accept Cookies Icon.
If it doesn't work, I'd put it back the way it was! I'm no techie!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
