Need a cheap hotel in Manchester City Centre

I was wondering if anyone could point me towards any decent (i.e. clean and hygenic!) hotels in Manchester City Centre. I am struggling to find anything affordable for the 3rd and 4th of June. Any suggestions gratefully received!

Have you tried the walkabout? Very central & used to be ony £40 per room. i'm sure googling "walkabout hotel manchester" will bring up the details0
