Many thanks for all your replies. When I got home last night I had a message on my answering machine at home asking me to phone "Angela" urgently before 8.00 p.m. - I did phone them and got through to a person eventually. I have now asked them not to contact me in work again and she said that she would make a note of it on my file. If they do try and contact me in work again I will then go down the route of another letter to them. The lady I spoke to was very nice, but I'm not holding my breath!!!0

when i asked payplan if this was the norm they replied .....
"MBNA are renound for hassling people, they will tell you they 'want' the full payment, but they have to accept that you can't afford it at the minute. They will put a lot of pressure on you to make higher payments to them, they make a lot of empty threats. If you need any advice, please call in"Debit was £64k (light bulb Feb 05)

MBNA are just pains in the necks, they denied all knowledge of receiving a letter from my fiance authorising them to deal with CCCS (it's funny however, as they cash the token payment included in letter)
They also said they have not yet received proposal for payment from CCCS (only creditor to say that) so it is probably stuck somewhere in their filing system
They have been the worst company to deal with, had lots of indimidating letters and phonecalls from Credit Solutions and Global Vantage relating to MBNA, they weren't even collecting the debt, only just communicating0
