The win online prize includes:
- Transport for two adults and 2 children to and from UK airport
- Post Office® Travel Insurance for the duration of your trip
- Return flights for 2 adults and 2 children
- Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
- 7 nights accommodation with breakfast daily
- £500 spending money
- The competition on the Smooth Radio website will be live from Wednesday 2nd to Sunday 14th September 2009 at midnight. The online competition is networked across all Smooth Radio stations. One winner will be chosen at random from all 6 radio station online entries on Monday 21st September
- All prizes will be provided and organized by NDL group. Winner details will be passed through to NDL for prize arrangement
- The prize may not be exchanged for an alternative e.g. cash value
- All entrants must be 18 years or older
- Mode of travel used will be entirely dependant on the winners distance from the airport and the most time efficient method available, which may include train travel. If train travel is more appropriate NDL will provide a taxi to and from the train station plus the train travel.
- Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination
- Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Bookings must be made a minimum of 3 months in advance
- Hotel will be classed as a minimum 3 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis
- To enter the on air promotion, you must call into one of the six Smooth radio stations as directed (on weekdays) between 7th September and 14th September 2009.
- The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
- There is a maximum of one entry per person for both the on air and online promotions
- There are a total of 60 weekend breaks to be won with the on air promotion
- There is one 7 day break holiday to be won with the online promotion
- Prize winners must book their holiday before 30th September 2010
- The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of the same or higher value where it becomes reasonable to do so
- Entrance into either promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions
- For names and counties of winners, send a SAE to GMG Radio, Laser House, Waterfront Quay, Salford Quays, M50 3XW after 1 October 2009
- The Promoter accepts no liability for any problems incurred with the enjoyment of any prize or any cancellations that occur which are outside it's control
- Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative
