Ltd Co - can I reclaim charges?

Hi
I can't find a definitive answer anywhere but need to know if I can reclaim charges on my Ltd Co account.
Are the UTCCR's applicable to Ltd Co's? If not, is there a template I can use & a pointer to specific legislation?
LTSB have decided to close my a/c cos of 10 unpaid items since April :eek:
Any advice would be appreciated.

UTCCR does not apply to business accounts so no you would not be able to reclaim these fees through the courts. You can appeal to the banks better nature if they have one, but other than that, legally at the moment the charges stand.LegalBeagles0
