Lots of reasons - the main one being if there is no end date, it will be moved to game over (the board would be over run with comps people cant enter otherwise!)

Would you be able to change your e to a capital E as well please, this means that it is the same as all other posts.

Each comp has to have an end date ,in the the same format,to enable them to be sorted by end date.If you don't add an end date it gets moved to game over.They are all done in the same format eg " E: 20/09 or E: 20/09? "
They are not my rules and I'm not sure where it's written down but it seems to work for us all.
If I may be honest,you may be better off holding off posting comps for a few days.Enter more comps,read the guides and just get the feel of how things are done.You seem to be posting lots of dupes and other liitle errors.It took me a good while before I felt confident enough to start posting comps on here and still have a long way to go to catch the real stalwarts of the board.

Thats fair enough. As for posting comps, just trying to contribute really. I have being doing lots of comps for sure. the trick to the duplicates is the skill of searching properly which I hope now to have mastered now, well may be anyway, I tend to learn by doing, I have read some of the guides but hopefully now putting that in to practice.

As not putting the end date on, there wasnt an end date on the competition page, but just made one up for now. so hopefully that will keep it live.
