Hi all, I did search for an answer on the board but couldnt find one. I have just sold an item for just over £30. As stated in the listing this has to go special delivery, the buyer has payed (through paypal) and their address is confrmed. However they have now email me through ebay asking for the item to be sent to their work address
Would it be ok to send it to the latter address with it being sent special delivery or should I state it will only go to thier home address?

To be covered by Seller protection the item needs to be sent to the address in Paypal. You can ask the buyer to add a gift address in Paypal so you will be covered. You will have to refund them and they will have to repay for the address to appear for that transaction.0
