• This competition is not open to employees of TVG, Codemasters their agents or anyone associated with this promotion.
• There are 1 set of prizes. Each prize set comprises of two (2) standard tickets to attend the DiRT 2 / NME Radio Launch Party, being held on Thursday, 10th September at The Arches, London (7.00pm), one pair of DiRT 2 Limited Edition DC Shoes, one copy of the game Colin McRae DiRT 2.
• Entrants must specify:
  1. Their chosen shoe size from the sizes available (size 8, size 9, size 10).
  2. The console format they would like the game for (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS).
• The winner(s) and their guest(s) must be aged 18 or over to attend the Launch Party. Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. The winner(s) is(are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
• Codemasters and FHM online reserve the right to change the prize set should any item become unavailable for any reason. Shoes in the requested size may be replaced with shoes of a different size should the requested size become unavailable for any reason.
• Entrants are not required to attend the Launch Party to claim their prizes; the shoes and game will be despatched to a given address within 28 days of the winners being announced. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
• The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests relating to any post-winning publicity.
• The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s). Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable comply with these terms and conditions, TVG reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
• This competition and its prizes may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
