Can I start to claim my bank charges

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Hi there I started off the process last year to get my £1000 back but then all bank charge ckaims were stopped to have see if the charges were illegal

Can I start to claim them back now?

    Have you incurred any further unfair charges?

    The charges are on an account at natwest that was closed a couple of years ago.

    In that case, it's still a wait for the end of the OFT test case issues to be resolved.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    In all honesty it will depend on the next decision as to how the OFT test case will go from. If the banks' lose it may not necessarily mean the end and if the OFT win then we move onto the assessment of terms.
