Is it possible to claim bank charges?

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can help me, was just reading about claiming bank charges, i have been with the same bank for 13 years and i know for a fact that there is charges on both myself and my husbands accounts, I was wondering, if you are on a DMP or in a Trust Deed can you still claim these charges?

Thanks and here's hoping there might be light at the end of the tunnel. :j

Providing you have not been made bankrupt then yes you can claim the charges back.

I would start on credit card charges as they are easier to do(including the £12 charges ;) ).
