Reclaim CC charges heip needed!

I have four different credit cards that I would like to reclaim the past charges on however I do not know any of the account numbers for these cards. Just the start and settled dates.
Does any one know if If they will send me my charges or statements with just my name and address details or is it essential that they need my account number am I wasting my time?

If anyone know's please help I'm desperate for the cash.

Hi

You will need to give them your address at the time that they where opended,your full name,date of birth and the year the accounts where opended if you can remember.
They will send out your statements once they are satisfied that its you.
Remember if the cards are with the same company ie MBNA you only need to pay the £10 once.
