  • they look like they are wearing hi viz to me?

  • It is because of people like you that others get hurt. In this instance it was a miracle. Those kids were walking on the OTHER pavement and the lorry drove along the pavement so tell me how it was THEIR fault. As for the digger he had his back to the car and the car took action not the digger man.

You are the lowest common denominator- it's people like you who make it necessary to have so much red tape:mad:

ive never caused a major accident at work yet. in mentioning work, should you not be at yours when the road is getting fixed?

the guy on the road (danger zone) is wearing hi viz, the guys on the pavement (where you or i could walk) are not, i see that as common sense, why wear it if you dont need to.
in reply to your comment about minor accidents, then yes of course i do, who doesnt? ah thats right work shy old you. you cant make many mistakes if you dont get out much.

  • you go too far
  • you go too far

    i go to far?
youve so far complained about the poor work outside your house, how they were using reclaimed muck from the building site and werent using proper PPE.
from what i see in your pictures they are using new tarmac and are wearing hi viz vests and do have barriers.
the part of the pavement that hasnt been worked on doesnt look in to bad a condition but does look close enough to the entrance they have been turning into that they would need to use this part of the pavement aswell. so im guessing the part they have repaired wasnt too bad either. certainly passable.

but you still feel the need to complain about all of this, you've gone too far, go out and speak to the guys tommorow and offer them a cup of tea and a biscuit as way of apology for the hassle you caused them.
