Sorry if there's an obvious answer to this somewhere but a search didn't find me anything quickly.
I am the proud owner of some very smart and comfy pink leather shoes. But how do I keep them smart? I asked in Clarks the other day (didn't buy them there), and although they had pink shoe polish, it wasn't at all the right shade. So he offered me neutral cream, but I didn't think that would help much if I accidentally scuffed them. So before I buy that, can anyone suggest either where else to look for pink shoe polish, or ways of keeping them clean and shiny and unscuffed?
Thanks!

I bought baby pink leather kickers and went into clarks for polish but it wasnt the right colour, so assistant suggested buying the pink and the white and just to mix it (eggcup) to the right shade of pink and that worked for me.The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

Well that assistant was missing a trick there, wasn't he! I'd have spent twice as much if he'd thought of that! :rotfl:
Thanks! (Where's that button gone!)Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
I use a tin of clear polish for my shoes, I'm happy with the outcome. I get mine from wilkinsons, its been ages since I bought any, because it lasts for ages, I doubt its any more than £1.000

Now I know you dont live near me!
You wouldn't have come in my Clarks shop asking for polish and leaving with none
I'd give the assistant gk172 had a job anydaySometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -

So, Quackers, do I 'make do' with babywipes and / or clear polish and hope I don't scuff them, but then rush out and buy the wrong shade of pink and mix it with white if I do? Or do you think I'd be better off mixing the pink and white right now? I'm sure an Old-styler wouldn't tell me to buy two lots of polish if one would do if I wasn't actually in her shoe shop at the time :rotfl: ... and I haven't fallen over for ages, and I only did it once whatever my son said :rotfl: ... and they haven't got heels so I shouldn't scratch them really ...Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

I'd make do with clear polish and only resort to the 'pink/white' mix if they get scuffed 'cos you might be a really good girl this summer and not fall overNow if you were in my shop that would be a whole different ball game - you'd need protector to protect them from rain and stains, premium leather cream to clean, nourish and soften the leather and the pink & white mixed to cover scuffs and scratches
As you are a pink shoe girl I feel confident to confess to you that I'm a red shoe girl:j I've got far too many pairs in red. Shoes, sandals, boots, flip flops, trainers,
They kinda shout out at me when I'm shopping :rotfl:
