UPVC Window with no Key - only one in house!

Hi,
We bought a property about two years ago whereby all the windows had no keys but could be opened (unlocked). We have one window in our back bedroom whereby the windowwas locked when we bought the house, but we have never had a key to open it!
We are now going to be renting out our back bedroom to a tennent who joins us in 3 weeks time. Who would we need to contact to get this window open? The UPVC doors and windows seems like they were put in some time ago and have tried to find out the provider with no success.
Any tips?

depending on how good your windows are, and as a sort term fix until you can get some keys, a hair grip will sometimes work, just use the round end and turn,0

Rather than trying to get the right key i would get new handles. Sort it soon as insurance may not pay out if your burgled as a result of your locks not being used.
Have a look at screwfix here.
Replacing the unlocked handles will be simple enough...replacing the locked one is your biggest problem unless you can pick the lock. I suggest you do a forum search though as i recall a thread on the subject of replacing the handles for locked handles without the key so it's been discussed before.

Excellent advice all - thank you!
From searching for another thread for a while, I got a flat screwdriver to it and pushed for about 5 minutes and it turned! Thanks!!
I will take your advice to get the handles replaced with correct keys.....after next month as i'm skint!
