seller NARU help

hi, i bought an item and paid with paypal, today the seller has refunded my payment but requested in the paypal email that i send payment to another paypal account, luckily i'm not daft enough to fall for that but have reported to paypal.
my problem now is i have the item showing in my won itens as needing to be paid for and as the seller is now NARU, what do i do??
