I'm not really sure what you're talking about to be honest? Perhaps I am being 'slow' as you rather rudely put it, but what is there on the current scan that I should be hiding? My username, date of posting and the council on the ticket is probably enough to identify me anyway, so I'm not sure what good all this is doing.
Secondly, and this is the important part, I'm not sure why I should be hiding all this? I'm quite happy for the council to see all 'evidence' - I have no intention of lying to anyone or telling anything but the truth - I simply wanted to know whether their fine was valid given the fact that I have evidence that I was buying a ticket at the time he was issuing the ticket.
