Travel Insurance - Blue swan Insurance

I heard something on the radio concerning a company called blue swan insurance which were underwriters on some travel insurance policys. Apparently if they are the underwriters on your policy and you try to cliam you won't get any money. If you have an annual policy check to see who is the underwrite and if in doubt ring your insurance company and make sure you have cover. As they are Jersey based there is no back up under UK law either :mad:
