in Techie Stuff
after a few months with no troubles my net is at it again. connecting at stupid speeds (19.2 kbps) then disconnecting itself whenever it feels like it. Its been doing it non-stop all week and i just feel like smashing the comp. is it something to do with bt or is it virgin? i live in the midlands area. (im on dial up, yes, you dont have to tell me the benefits of broadband, i used to have it, but as this is just a borrowed comp i cant get broadband as its not up to me-MUST get own comp again soon!!!)

its just done it 3 more times in the last 10mins. i phoned virgin and they said phone bt and get them to make the line faster or something, some sort of interference check, what a rigmarole...please, i need help!!Fr.
