Its your opinion, which I respect, but posters need to be aware there are a variety of widely different opinions. Also the markets does vary from area to area and in my area it is going through an ongoing Spring type of bouce and getting better now we are in September.

Good luck with exchange this week. I found it really helpful to have a couple of weeks still in my rented property after I'd completed on my new flat. I had time to get into the new place and clean and paint it before I moved all my stuff in so there are plus points to a bit of a delay.0
