We are going to offer on a house we viewed this evening first thing tomorrow and I feel so nervous!
The price is 'offers in excess of £149000' but we were planning to offer a bit under looking at the other houses in the street. It's hard to decide as it's in a road where things sell maybe once every two years and all the houses are quite different.
Will they discount any offers under immediately if they say offers in excess?

It is your money and it is their house. So if you don't want to offer over then don't and equally they can decide not to take your offer.
