1. Although no purchase is necessary to take part, by entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their contact details by The Korea Tourism Organisation, H.I.S, Expedia, Asiana Airlines and the Korean Cultural Centre for promotional purposes. Such details will not be passed to any other companies or organisations.
2. Closing date for entries is midnight Monday 14th September 2009.
3. Prize winners will be selected at random from valid entries received within a week of the competition closing and will be notified by email and/or phone and their details posted on the http://english.visitkorea.or.kr/london website.
4. If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days of the notifications being sent, the draw will be repeated and a new winner selected at random.
5. Travel prizes must be booked by 15th October 2009 and completed by 31st March 2010 and travel exclusions may apply. It is the prizewinner’s responsibility to ensure that they have the correct visa, travel insurance and any necessary travel documents. Failure to comply will result in the winner forfeiting any prizes.
