E111 forms and holiday insurance

hi
im off to thailand in june and was wondering what forms i will need to get signed for medical cover (if any)? Do E111 forms still exist? and do they cover thailand or only the EU?
I have holiday insurance with LLoydsTSB bank account but is there anything extra i should note?

E111 (now superseded by EHIC - European Health Insurance Card) only works in Europe.
Would compare the Lloyds insurance cover with one or two web insurers to make sure it's adequate. Most sites have a summary of cover and/or full policies available to download.0
