Help/advice re Primus complaint

Had complaint with Primus over their extremely poor service that included Primus changing our call plans without our knowing and went to Otelo. Have received Otelo final decision which we will accept as there is absolutely no point in doing anything else but to accept.
So we are looking for alternatives line/call provider- although it seems there is little to choose between the options available.
I removed this post/question as didn't think there was any point in leaving all the detail on as the question is now redundant.
