Naval Pension

Hi All
I left the Fleet Air Arm in 1971, I remeber I was told about a pension when I was 65( couple of years away) How do I find out about this pension. I have moved several times so they might have lost track of me! It should be a medical discharge one - if that helps.
Thanks in advance.

You sure you dont mean 55?
From the Navy (dont no about the other forces), when a medical discharge is issued, the person discharged can normally either:
a). Claim the pension from discharge UNTIL the are 55.
or
b). Claim the pension from when they are 55 until the die.
The choice is usually given.
Ring HMS Centurion in Gosport and they will look into it.0 -
