strange return message - Custardy?

I've just had an item returned and instead of the usual 'gone away' or 'not known at this address' I have official looking printed stickers on the package. Some attempt has also been made to erase the original address. The tamper proof envelope has also been opened and resealed with sticky tape.
The stickers say " Sender: Please delete the addressee details contained within from your database. Postal service: Please return mail to sender'
Any ideas what I've done or why I should trigger such a message? I feel like I have broken National security or something, it went to a business address not a private address BTW.

Maybe someone's using their work address for personal mail when they're not allowed to? Sounds like the business has just stuck the labels on rather than write on the package.0

Business address or private address?
If private sounds like someone has moved without changing their address details or asked for their mail to be forwarded and the new resident is getting hacked off.0 -
One wonders how one is meant to delete the address from ones database if it has been obscured by whoever sent it back...
I used to do a sort of similar thing with junk mail - stuck a label on it - but it was pretty clear it was to stop junk mail.
Very odd.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
