I bought ex-council house and paid for remainder of 10year guarantee for new windows and doors to be transfered to me. Front door started to peel, company resprayed it. 8months later it peeled again, they repainted it. It's now peeling for a third time, the company want to paint it again, I'm not happy with this as there is obiously a fault with the door. Can anyone help me? What are my rights?

In the t&c's it says the company "will make good any defect that arises" so does that mean I'll have to keep getting my door repainted for the remainder of the guarantee??? Hope not:mad:0
