Oh hun, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Can you write that "you are harrassing me you set of gits and I'll report you to someone if it doesn't stop" letter? I sent it to 3, and they stopped chasing my brother at my parents almost immediately so it does work. They're just reliant on you being 'ignorant' as to your rights.
