printer cartridges

bought a dell printer/copier/scanner etc, not realising that buying the ink cartridges would be so expensive. does anyone know how you can get cheap cartridges for dell all in one 922 printer.....?
it's the first time i've ever tried to post anything on any kind of forum thing so hopefully i've found the right place for this question ???

Can you not refill the cartridges with refill kits?

My brother DCP-110C doesnt appear on any refill list but cartridges are cartridges at the end of the day....

Local computer fairs seem to offer the cheapest inks.....

you can get all the kit to do your own from Morrisons and other places. A bit messy if you're not careful but fairlt easy and saves a fortune - and worth it.

Or get rid of the printer - I got one free with a dell PC I bought recently - still sitting in its box in the garage because the cartidges are a complete rip off - anyone want it free?

However even the compatible cartridges for the Dell seem very expensive in the few places that stock them unless they are economic in terms of how much they print. If not I would dump the printer and get one for which the price of compatibles is reasonable.
