Title Deeds - Boundary Clarity

Hi

Sorry I did a search but have not been able to find anything - does anyone know where you can get copies of your title deeds or the documents which clearly show the boundaries of the property you own (for the cheapest price) - someone told us that they thought it was only a few pounds but the only site i have found is charging £37

Thanks

SPL

thanks a lot - you can tell we're new to this as thought that there would be more detail - i take it that this is the lowest level of detail there is in terms of what land you own?

    Thanks again

I think that property deeds are possibly not renowned for their accuracy as far as boundaries are concerned. I think this has come up in a previous thread.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Have a look at the garden law website here which discusses this in more detail.
