Thats' fantastic. I am in the same situation and it is about 6 years long. It would be great if you could tell me what you managed to say to Lloyds of London to convince them to give you half the premiums back?

Lloyd's (used to be Lloyd's of London) is a market for insurers and brokers to meet in. Citymain are a broker placing business in the Lloyd's market with the insurers there, known as syndicates.

Lloyd's do police the actions of the syndicates and brokers. You need to be aware of the background to the market though as many folks are confused by the structure of the Lloyd's market.
