Cheers Tenmah! I'll see how it goes now I've done the vinegar thing, then try the soda crystals.
I'm also thinking that it could be just not getting time to dry out properly, it tends to get worse if I've put a load in straight after another, so I'll try leaving it a day between loads with the door open.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

well my house offer got declined BUT the estate agent gave a big hint away that they are likely to call me back the beginning of next week. Basically they want to wait to see if anyone offers more over the weekend and if not they'll go ahead with mine as im a first time buyer. It wasnt as obvious as that but im wise to the game anyway so i'll wait!
Its the weeeeeeekeeeend. Got some dance tunes on and im having a beer.
Cheers everybody!MFW - <£90kAll other debts cleared thanks to the knowledge gained from this wonderful website and its users!0

I remember buying my first house, a 3 bed mid terrace with a lovely garden....£36950 (needed gutting)....that was 11 years ago when you could still get a bargin. Shame I had to sell it "Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0

Fingers crossed for you for monday Bufger!
Need to go to asda for some bits to make sandwices to take to bingley music live tomorrow, but I really can't be bothered. I just want to curl up in bed to see off the last of this bloomin cold. I've got some pasta snack pot things left over from last weekend, I might make one of those up and take it cold in a tupperware box instead. And take a big bar of chocolate for emergencies... It'll be cheaper too!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Oooo Ames I've just had flashbacks to proper hong kong noodles now - drat need to find a nice Chinese supermarket in this part of London and stock up - thats a mission for a few weekends time as I'm spending the next three weekends in Leeds and thereabouts :eek:0

I keep thinking about looking in the Chinese supermarkets, but I'm not sure what I'd want or that I'd know how to cook any of it! I've heard really good things about them though.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Well you can start with the noodles - they are like supernoodles only in about 50 different flavours from roast duck to crab sticks and everything in between - use them as a base for other dishes or as snacks (they also do loads of pot ones too)...then you can venture out from there - the pre-fried tofu is usually a good start - so you buy a bag of that, some miso soup base, spring onions, garlic and ginger - fry lightly the onions and garlic (chopped) add to made up soup (its clearish like muddy water), heat the tofu in the micro for 30 seconds and add to the soup, top with a bit of grated ginger - mmmmm yummy 0 0
