BT Issues contact numbers and email

I have been having horrendous issues with BT for two years now, They keep demanding money even though i have not had a BT account for a long time and No one in customer services can help.:mad:

I have been emailing every name I can find in senior management and I have got a couple of automated replies stating they are out of the office....this at lest proves they do exist. Anyway here are a couple of names and contact details that i have confirmed (although i am not sure of the dept they work in)

  • I got response fro Ian livingston who told me that he was passing my complaint on and also from john williams whos assistant (i think) called me the next day and is now looking in to all the numerous and various problems.
