Prism video convertor- what bit rate etc to use?

found a nice (free!) video convertor, and think I have messed up the default seeings.. sound seems to come out before what you see,.
anyome know what is the standard setting (for beast quality possible, hopefully!)

If you personally messed up settings just uninstall and download programme again so it will be set to default.0

i had this problem and i believe it is because you need to have the frame rate set at the same rate as the video you are converting. for example if the video is 30fps then when you convert it you need to convert it to 30 fps. i think you can find out the frame rate in the properties. i'm not sure though. i use something called any video converter myself as it is free were if i remember correctly when i tried prism it was only free for a trial period. well i got rid of it for some reason anyway.0 -
