Hi
My query is this:
If you have excessive bank charges over a number years that go far in excess of your overdraft facilities can you also re claim the additional interest charges applied to your account each month?
Or is it only the unjust charges that can be reclaimed?

yes you can, difficult to work out unless your entire OD was charges, but can add up to quite a bit.
Also charges them 8% per annum for the use ofyour money - use mrtins calculator to work that bit out.LegalBeagles0
